About Townskeeping Restoration and How Referrals Work

Who we are
Townskeeping Restoration is a referral service. That is the whole story. We help homeowners with water damage find independent providers in the Greater Pittsburgh area.
We do not send workers. We do not own pumps, dryers or trucks. We do not set prices.
Why this exists
A wet basement or soaked floor is stressful. People search in a hurry, and the results can be confusing. This service exists to make the first step feel calmer. You tell us what happened. We help you reach a provider.
How you get matched
When you reach out, we ask a few simple questions. What happened? Where is the water? Is it a new problem? Then we route your request to a provider in our network who serves your area.
Call hours and availability vary by provider. Request a callback to check who is available for you.
What we expect from providers
We ask providers in our network to be clear and polite. They should explain the work, give a written quote, and answer your questions. They are independent businesses. They set their own prices and run their own jobs.
You should still check each provider yourself. Ask before you hire.
What we do not do
- We do not repair, dry or clean anything.
- We do not give you a price. The provider does.
- We do not make promises about insurance. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
- We do not pressure you to say yes.
How we are paid
Here is the honest part. Providers in our network may pay Townskeeping Restoration when a call or request is sent their way. You do not pay us anything to be connected. The provider's quote is separate, and you decide whether to accept it.
