How to Raise a Complaint With Townskeeping Restoration
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Townskeeping Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Townskeeping Restoration
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Keep in mind that Townskeeping Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@townskeeping.garden and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems involving licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
