Townskeeping Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not carry out restoration, cleanup, drying or repair work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

The providers you are matched with are independent companies. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, manage or direct them. We also cannot promise their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

What We Ask of You

When you call or submit a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach out about your request by phone, text or email. The text and design of this site belong to Townskeeping Restoration or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.
